The Standard Meal Plans

 

The cost of standard meal plans include:

  • Consultation and Assessment (including special requests to accommodate culinary likes/dislikes or dietary restrictions)

  • Menu Research and Planning

  • Shopping

  • Meal Preparation with Generous Servings and Appropriate Side Dishes

  • Packaging and Labeling of all Meals

  • Complete Heating Instructions

  • Kitchen Clean-Up

Order this service weekly, every other week, or monthly, whichever better suits your needs.

  • Groceries are not included.

  • Each meal includes an entrée and appropriate side dishes.

Container Fees:

 

Disposable Containers (GladWare, ZipLoc, Rubbermaid):  $12.00 - $15.00 per cook date, depending on type of container and number of containers used.

 

Re-Usable Containers (Corningware, Pyrex): Corningware and Pyrex containers are environmentally friendly.  The cost will vary depending upon the service ordered (weekly, every other week or monthly.).  The containers remain the property of the client.
