The Standard Meal Plans

 

The cost of standard meal plans include:

  • Consultation and Assessment (including special requests to accommodate culinary likes/dislikes or dietary restrictions)

  • Menu Research and Planning

  • Grocery Shopping

  • Meal Preparation with Generous Servings and Appropriate Side Dishes

  • Packaging and Labeling of all Meals

  • Complete Heating Instructions

  • Kitchen Clean-Up

Order this service weekly, every other week, or monthly, whichever better suits your needs.

  • Groceries are not included.  Paying for groceries separately allows you to optimize control over the cost of your plan. 

  • Need a few things from the store?  We will be happy to pick up additional grocery items for you.  Email or call with your list 24 hours prior to your service date (limit 15 items).

Entree Only Service (4 servings)

  • 3 Entrees – $200 plus groceries
  • 4 Entrees – $225 plus groceries
  • 5 Entrees – $250 plus groceries
  • 6 Entrees – $275 plus groceries
  • 7 Entrees – $300 plus groceries

Container Fees

 

Disposable Containers (GladWare®, Ziploc®, Rubbermaid®):  $12.00 - $15.00 per cook date, depending on type of container and number of containers used.

 

Re-Usable Containers (Corningware®, Pyrex®): These containers are environmentally friendly.  The cost will vary depending upon the service ordered (weekly, every other week or monthly.).  The containers remain the property of the client.
